Quiet neighbourhood, with lake close by. Guests have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves with separate entrance door and private access to courtyard and lovely garden (my husband and I live upstairs). Close to Skyline Skyride/gondola, Rainbow Springs, Mitai, Canopy Tours and other tourist spots. Free Wifi. Great heating. Cereal, Milk, fresh Plunger-coffee, Tea variety, but no-cooking facilities. Wytchwood Lake House - Where Time Stands Still

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.
