Inside you’ll find a cosy living space and beautifully designed kitchen, while outside the private courtyard garden is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine on warm summer evenings.

Bensley Snug: Small with character

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located in the quaint countryside village of Thorpe Market, on the grounds of a Grade 2 listed period property. This is a beautifully renovated and thoughtfully converted tiny escape: Bensley Snug. They say all good things come in small packages and that is exactly what you get with this property. Relax in this romantic setting, meander along country lanes, dip your toes in the sea and dine at the best sea-food restaurants around. Idilic bliss!

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Hygge is the Danish word describing a mood of cosiness and contentment and the Hygge Hut is a cosy, conveniently located base from which to explore North Norfolk, arguably one of the most beautiful areas in the country. It has much to offer such as beaches, Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, Steam railway, Broads boating, city of Norwich to name a few. If your stay is about just unwinding then Hygge Hut’s home touches; shower, WC, oven, hob, fridge, BBQ and Chimenea will ensure a relaxing break.

THE STUDIO ROUGHTON

The Studio is a lovely first floor apartment situated in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer. There is a separate twin room opposite the Studio with it's own en suite . Perfect for the kids so the adults can enjoy their own space. That's if you don't want to be outside with a BBQ and a glass of wine in the private garden area reserved for the property. Detached house in a unique and special location.

Scarrowbeck House is a stunning detached house, recently lovingly renovated to combine style, luxury and comfort. The house sits proudly in an elevated position on a picturesque common in the village of Hanworth, boasting beautiful long views across the common. Hanworth has the largest and one of the last remaining enclosed commons in England with grazing cattle, covering 35 acres and borders the privately owned Gunton Park, a 1,000-acre deer park, home to the award-winning Gunton Arms.

Idyllic sea-side retreat!

This is a perfect getaway for a relaxing break. Located in a traditional seaside town, this top floor flat boasts a sea-view, and is situated on one of the oldest streets in Cromer. It is a short walk to the pier and all local amenities. The flat sleeps 2 people comfortably. We are dog friendly and welcome one large or two smaller dogs. Other things to note The flat is on the top floor, (one flight of steep stairs) so guests need to be able to climb steep stairs to access the flat.

The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wanet edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

National Trust properties are a short drive away, as well as the wealth of beautiful Norfolk beaches and Cromer Pier (with its pier shows and famous Cromer crabs).
