Kaarakin Beach House is a modern, newly built home and provides everything a couple could want for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. Enjoy the ocean views on the back deck or escape the elements and dine in the downstairs alfresco area. When you are up for an adventure there is plenty on offer. Surf or swim at Rules Beach which is only a short stroll (approx. 100m), fish in Baffle Creek, visit Wreck Rock National Park or go for a drive along the beach which is 4WD accessible. A tranquil self contained retreat on the Boyne River. A perfect escape for holidays or business travels. Pandanus Lodge is set on a half acre in a quiet location, central to Tannum Sands, Boyne Island and a 20 minute commute to Gladstone. Tucked in a quiet cul-de-sac, Pandanus Lodge is walking distance to the supermarket, nearby cafe and the beach. Plenty of parking for a boat, close to boat ramp and easy access to walking/cycling track along the river. Serviced weekly for longer stays.

Eagles Outlook House

Eagles Outlook is an exceptional property situated overlooking the Agnes Water surf beach. Easy stroll to beach & shops, a small house features two bedrooms, beautiful ocean views, full kitchen, bathroom, & air conditioning. Take a refreshing dip in the magnesium pool, and cook a BBQ on the balcony. Note, the property comprises the main house plus two studio apartments (see Airbnb listing Eagles Outlook Studio). Guests share the pool & laundry facilities. Absolutely no pets or parties.

Sunlover

This 2 storey 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms and a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Guests will enjoy easy access to the amenities of Seventeen Seventy and Agnes Water which include walking, fishing, boating and various tourist opportunities

Baffle Creek Junction

Baffle Creek Junction is located at the junction of Euleilah and Baffle Creeks, truly a special location. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

Huddos Place.

Huddo's Place is your ideal holiday or work stay home away from home. Located in the heart of Tannum Sands, a short 100m stroll will take you to the Beach, Surf club, Coffee shops, Restaurant and the local fish and chip shop. A relaxing 250m walk in the opposite direction will take you to the local Tavern, Coles, KFC, and many more specialty shops. Once at the beach you can walk as far as you like along the endless scenic walking Tracks.

Summerhouse Agnes Water

“Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops and famous Agnes Water surf beach but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book.
