Ice fishing right off our shore produces walleye, crappie and perch. We have a fisherman’s haven just waiting for you!

Enjoy this charming 2 bedroom cabin on Cable Lake in Spooner, Wisconsin. In the early 1930’s, an old boxcar was skidded across the frozen Cable Lake and became a cozy little cabin. Today, tucked beneath a stand of mature Norway pines, it is a great place to enjoy the solitude and beauty of northern Wisconsin. The large front deck sits right on the waters edge and is a perfect place to relax, watch the loons, bald eagles & sunsets or plan your fishing strategy. Lovely place for up to 4 people.

This gives our guests access to the golf course, beaches, indoor swimming pool*, bocce ball, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, and other recreational activities! The downstairs "game room" with darts, a foosball table, and a big screen TV. Enjoy the hot tub overlooking Long lake! Relax and detoxify in the brand new infrared sauna. Feel like you are sitting in a tree house while you enjoy the screen porch overlooking the serene lake. Cozy up by the real wood fireplace. Pets welcome for a $90 fee.

The Perry Pines Yurt is a 4-season yurt on Perry Lake less than 2 miles from Cable. With quick access to CAMBA mountain bike trails (4 miles to the North End Trailhead), the Birkie Start Area (5 miles), and on an ATV route, it's a great basecamp for your outdoor activities. Sit on the deck and listen to the loons in the summer or warm up next to the woodstove or in the barrel sauna in the winter. Enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom w/shower, lake views, and a fun little unique cabin option!

Spend the day at the beach, on the trails, golfing, or exploring northwest Wisconsin, then come back to a quiet cabin setting with plenty of space to relax.

Stay in one of the oldest structures in Sawyer County with private Lake Hayward frontage in your front yard and the Birkie trail, atv and snowmobile trails in the backyard!
