You have access to the whole house including the garage(converted gameroom). You also have access to front and back yard. Home access- keyless entry. Feel free to call/text with any questions. The home is across the street from the Dell Diamond, the Kalahari Resort Waterpark, and several grocery stores. Go for a run on one of the nearby jogging trails in Old Settlers Park. Lake Travis and the city of Austin are a drive away. Magnolia Market, Magnolia Table and Press Coffee Co (Chip and Joanna Gains businesses) are only an hour away. By car. Please park in driveway. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, this entire guest house is comfortable & centrally-located. Use it as a launchpad for exploring Central TX from downtown, Dell Diamond, the Round Rock Sports Multiplex and Kalahari Resort - just 25 minutes from Downtown Austin. The guest house shares the property with our home so we’ll be close by should you need anything. Please note: The kitchen does not have an oven. Salt and Pepper are provided but no cooking oil, coffee or other food items
