It's nice walk to the city. 1 km to the Ounasvaara ski resort and outdoor aktivities. Public transpotition is not very good (in this area), I can help you with the timetable. From the city center buses are running f.ex to Santa Claus Village. Best way to get around easily, is rent a car. I have a parking place for you.

Kohde sopii parhaiten Lapin luonnon, historian ja hiljaisuuden ystävälle, joka ei pelkää talvella pimeää eikä kesällä sääskiä. Please note: there is no public transportation to the village, no toilet in the main building, nor a shower. There is a separate sauna building outside and a traditional outhouse behind the sauna.

For those of you who have a wanderer's soul. This high end camper has fireplace and household technic. Location next to village road doesn't bother those coming from cities and in return, you have a lake view and a natural sandy beach, where to follow northern day and year go by. After an active day, relax in the warmth of fireplace, sauna or hot pool. Or on the beach, around the campfire, where you can whisper your thoughts into the dark star studded night, when everything around you is still.

Mukava kaksio lähellä keskustaa. Keskustaan matkaa 1,2 km. Joulupukin Pajakylään matkaa 9km. Lentokentälle matkaa 9km. Bussipysäkki talon vieressä. Kauppa 200 metrin päässä. Varustus sopii hyvin pidempäänkin majoitukseen. Sänky on kahdelle ja sohvasta saa tehtyä lisävuoteen kahdelle henkilölle. Vuodesohvan leveys 140cm. Vuodesohvassa oma sijauspatja, jolloin siinäkin on mukava nukkua. Ilmoita haluatko, että vuode tehdään sohvaan valmiiksi. Autopaikka saatavilla. Se maksaa 5€/majoitus.

Arctic Aurora HideAway

A unique nordic beach house only 12 min drive from the Santa Claus Village. With luck here you may see Northern lights from August to end of April. Accommodation with a private suite for 6 adults, with small children even for 8. Modern black house stands on a hill only 25 m from the lake shore, over looking to the Northern open horizon to summer midnight sun. Experiences for example Sauna, ice swim, ice fishing, snowmobiling or Santa on site (plus huskies, reindeer) at additional cost.

Ternu Forestvilla

You can enjoy the nature and scenery to the river during your stay. While you are enjoying the sauna or outdoor jacuzzi, you might have chance to see the northern lights. This mini house can accommodate 4 people comfortably but we have beds even for 6. It has full kitchen and living room with windows facing river, sauna, shower, toilet and two bedrooms with big windows facing the forest. Outside it has two spacious terrace's, one with jacuzzi. The building has just been completed.

Kultasärkkä

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Rova Apartments

Rovaniemen ydinkeskustassa sijaitseva turvallinen, moderni kahden huoneen huoneisto. Samasta rakennuksesta löytyy myös ruokakauppa. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on 1 kilometri. Linja-autoasemalle on matkaa 800 metriä ja lentoasemalle 9,5 kilometriä. Linja-auto #8 napapiirin joulupukin kylään kulkee 500 metrin päästä. Kaikki keskustan palvelut ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä. Kerrostalo on moderni ja hiljainen . Huoneistosta löytyy myös yksityinen sauna.

Tunnelmallinen talo Kemijoen rannassa

Luonnonkauniilla Kemijoen rantatörmällä Rovaniemeltä noin tunnin ajomatka, 65 km Kuusamoon päin.Suosittelen auton vuokraamista. Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.
