It is separated by a fence from the other house in this garden, located under a huge tree, in Bratislava /Ružinov/, app. 25 min. by tram from the city center (10 min. by car). It is in a quiet street, yet close to everything, suitable for solo traveler (or couple), for hippie souls. Parking is free. Veggie dishes might be available on request.

Byt sa nachádza v krásnej lokalite. Z jednej strany je Národný futbalový štadión a Zimný štadión Ondreja Nepelu a z druhej strany jazero Kuchajda. Centrum mesta je vzdialené 20 minút chôdze alebo 5 minút autom. V budove máte k dispozícii bezplatné parkovanie pre jedno auto. Dve veľké nákupné centrá sú vzdialené 5 minút chôdze - Vivo a Central. Obývacia izba s kuchyňou má krb, gauč a veľké okno s výhľadom na vodu. Kuchyňa je plne vybavená. Hlavná spáľna poskytuje pohodlné 100% prírodné matrace. Jarovecké rameno je chráneným územím. Z terasy hausbótu je možné sledovať ryby, bobrov, kačice či labute. Zároveň je možnosť objaviť okolie na kanoe, paddleboarde alebo bicykli.

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.
