Lincolnshire, it is a 10 minute drive to the seaside town of Cleethorpes and the Lincolnshire wolds and the market town of Louth. The bungalow is newly decorated with new bathroom, kitchen, furniture and carpets. It features a private patio with seating and secure private gated carparking. WiFi, Sky TV, complementary tea, coffee, wine, beer and snacks.

There is a shop/Post Office, and walking routes right outside the door. The village pub, The Highwayman, serves good pub grub.
