It is a bright two-bedroom flat on the second floor (third for American guests, about 50 steps all together) of a Victorian house. Extremely central as it is located 1 minute away from Notting Hill Gate station, yet very quiet as the road is a side road. The flat has: - A living room with open plan kitchen, with a dining table. There is a sofa bed as well for two people here in the living room - Two bedrooms: One with a double bed. A unique, spacious & open-plan loft apartment in the center of Mayfair. It is on the fifth (top) floor of a period building. Great rooftop views, outside balcony, kitchen, bedroom & 2 bathrooms (one with tub). The elevator runs to the Fourth Floor and then there are 16 steps to the apartment. Due to the stairs up from the fourth floor it is not really suitable for small children (who require buggies etc) or people with mobility difficulties. Note: the apartment is now painted light grey.
