Off Royal Mile Edinburgh, lovely 2 bedroom flat

This apartment is in a very central and safe location in Old Fishmarket by St Giles. 5 mins walk to top attractions such as the National Museum of Scotland, Festival Theatre, the Castle. Waverley Station is 10 minutes walk. The Meadows and to George Street and the Newtown beyond are easy to reach. Very suitable for sightseers, old and young. Not a party flat but my second home when working in Edinburgh and so it is not a hotel style offering but I am sure you will love it. New kitchen for 2025.

Modern Apartment near Royal Mile - Ideal Base

The apartment is in a great location - a few metres from the Royal Mile, and perfect for exploring the historic city with easy access to the city centre, rail/ bus stations, the main tourist attractions, university, shopping areas and numerous bars & restaurants. A great base, particularly for the festival seasons. It is comfortable and well equipped and I welcome families and couples but please note stag/hen groups will not be accepted as it is not a party flat.
