This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

The Barnhouse Loft offers a very unique opportunity to enjoy Niagara Wine Country in full privacy and great comfort. You will be treated to a delicious full hot breakfast every morning and have exclusive use of the entire apartment. A pleasant retreat with alpacas for neighbors! No smoking inside or outside on our private property. 3 night minimum applies to Fall months only.

This top floor apartment is 10 minutes walk to the top of Clifton Hill. It’s central location as parking is perfect to enjoying all that the Niagara region has to offer. This unit does have a tenant in the basement so after 10pm is quite time, but with tv in the bedroom and the livingroom/kitchen level between you and the basement this is not hard to do. Bright and spacious, this place makes visiting Niagara Falls easy.
