My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880s villa, just a 10-min walk to the historic cathedral, cafés, alfresco dining, and the famous Nelson Saturday Market. It’s close to the Maitai River, with cycle paths, walks, swimming spots, and picnic areas. There is a private outdoor garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, grapes and feijoas. My place comfortably sleeps two, with an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed and extra bedding can accommodate a third guest if needed. Enjoy!

This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. We have a sculpture garden and gallery on site showcasing the work of David Carson and other artists. Free entry to our guests. 'Atatū' means "dawn" - our favourite time at the property, when the sun travels across the sea to outline the hills and all is peaceful. Atatū is a great base for outdoor adventures in the three National Parks nearby, wine-tasting in local vineyards, olive grove picnics, gallery visits or delicious meals in excellent local eateries. A glorious swimming pool and spa await you upon return. The chef's kitchen & BBQ ensure you can prepare sumptuous meals with delicious local ingredients.

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.
