Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Die kleine Ferienwohnung hat ca. 30 m², eine Dusche + WC sowie einen Wohn/Schlafraum mit integriertem Küchenbereich und ist besonders gut für Paare und Dienstreisende geeignet. Wer eine Unterkunft für Unternehmungen in die Hauptstadt Berlin oder in eine wunderschöne, landschaftliche Umgebung sucht, ist hier sehr gut untergebracht.Die Straßenbahn nach Berlin ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt, von dort mit der S-Bahn bis in die City nochmal etwa 45 min, mit dem Auto ist man in 30 min im Stadtzentrum.

A parking spot is availbe.The house is close to train station S Fredersdorf (1,5 km - 5 min. by bus, details below).The train S5 goes directly to Berlin City center (30-40 min). Free Netflix account

Die Bauweise entspricht einem kleinen Bungalow (28 qm). In der Umgebung gibt es kostenlose öffentliche Parkplätze, vor dem Studio befinden sich 2 E-Ladestationen. Direkte Parklage, etwa 180 m zum Ufer. Das Studio wird nach jedem Besuch gründlich gereinigt, die Oberfächen desinfiziert. Check in/out per Schlüsselbox.

Es gibt einen ein großen Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich mit einem Holzofen, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Infrarotheizung.Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensizebett (1,60).

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub and shower) and balcony. Each room has high ceilings and rooftop windows (These windows and balcony door can not be darkened)The apartment is located nearby to a free parking zone (800m).
