The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

This compact studio lies in the Ruka Valley between the slopes 16 and 18, next to gondola (100 m). 1 Queen size bed + 1 good quality divan sofa bed. Bathroom and compact kitchen with dishwasher. Floor 2/2, private entrance. Full size cabinet dryer. More info in the photo captions! NOTE! You need to bring your own bed linen etc, and clean the apartment to same level it was on your arrival. Final cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included. A serene retreat for all-year adventure and relaxation.

Moisasenharju Rukatunturi

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

Villa Light

Kesäjärven rannan läheisyydessä sijaitseva loma-asunto. Asunnon ikkunoista avatutuu avara maisema Kesäjärvelle. Keittiön ikkunasta avautuu lisäksi maisema avosuolle. Talvella voi mökin pihalta lähteä suoraan hiihtämään. Hoidettu latu on noin 200 m etäisyydellä. Myös moottorikelkka reitille voit lähteä suoraan pihasta. Kesällä vaellusreitille voi lähteä suoraan pihalta. Rannassa on laituri ja soutuvene.

Hepakka perhehuvila Rukalla

Huvila omalla tontilla. Soveltuu perheille tai isommalle kaveriporukalle. Huvilassa kolme makuuhuonetta ja parvi, tilava sauna, lämmin kuisti ulkovavaatteille ja ulkoporeallas Hotspring, iso oleskelutila ja keittiö, erillinen autokatos. Ladulle n. 400 m, Maston hissit 750 m, Ski Bussi 170m. Huvilan lähialueella useita vaellusreittejä mm. Karhunkierros, Riisitunturi (n. 28 km) ja pienempiä reittejä.
