All I want for my vacation is a spacious and clean place, with a terrace, new furniture, good beds, cosy bedding and comfortable mattresses, super equipped kitchen, loads of sunlight and absolutely amazing views of the bay and the sea. I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? I want the sea at walking distance and a forest nearby to cool down. 5* accommodation sounds good?

The floor of the building is recently built so almost everything in the apartment is new. It has small but functional kitchen with microwave, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with washing machine.
