The barn is set in a secluded rural location offering quiet and escapism whilst only being a 10-minute drive from Harbour town of Padstow, with it's great restaurants and events. We are situated perfectly within an area commonly known as “Seven bays for Seven days” so beautiful beaches to visit, all within a 5-10 min drive! Our guest describe the Character barn as a “home from home” with beamed ceilings, slate floors and wood burner as well as all the mod cons one uses in their own home.

Within easy reach of its closest beaches, Porthcothan and Mawgan Porth in one direction and Watergate Bay and Newquay, in the other. The property a large garden and off-road parking for 3 cars.

The Donkey House

The Donkey House is a snug, self-contained one bedroom cottage in a secluded valley 3 miles from Padstow. It overlooks a field of Hebridean sheep and a stream. The bedroom and bathroom look into tree tops while the lower floor leads onto a private terrace. The dramatic North Cornish coast with the famous Seven Bays is five minutes away. The Coast Path offers fabulous walks. There is private parking outside the cottage with an electric charging point. Please note we have a no pets policy

The outside area is a real suntrap, perfect for those morning coffees and evening BBQ's. An ideal base to explore from.

Enjoy a relaxing break in a small Cornish hamlet, with lovely countryside views with wildlife going about their day. Also enjoy an amazing stary sky by night while enjoying your favourite beverage. Cedar Lodge has just been completed and is brand new ready for 2023. It is a stunning 1 bedroom annex situated in the lower half of our garden. Although it is in close proximity to our family home there is a dividing fence and all access to the annex is separate with shared parking.

Raintree House Holidays manage over 80 houses in the North Cornwall area, almost all within walking distance of some of the finest sandy beaches in the Seven Bays area of the county. Millingworth Mill is a very special property steeped in history with huge amounts of character and interest. It sits in its own substantial gardens, tucked behind the Church in the tiny, pretty hamlet of St Ervan, just inland slightly from many local beaches and the popular harbour town of Padstow.
