B&B with Garden View in Stunning Art Nouveau House

Explore galleries in the Arts District and stroll back to a majestic century house teeming with original character. Climb stairs to the privacy of a second floor room with en suite shower room. Awaken when morning light peeks through a south-facing skylight. Breakfast is served at convenience in the Dining room. Public car parking in the street is possible but paying. Guests rooms are situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The 1st Floor is private. The guests Breakfast room and salon are shared, and situated on the ground floor. In summer breakfast on the terrasse is possible. The gym room is in the basement. Ironing is possible in the laundry room, near the gym, upon request. The house was built in 1909, and is located in the upper Saint-Gilles district. This is the Art Nouveau and Art Deco area, also known for its many art studios and exhibition spaces. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and amenities are close by. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The public transports for Brussels region are called STIB (or MIVB in flemish) and include Metro, Tram and Bus. SNCB is the national train operator   Most Metro/Tram stations have only tickets vending/cards loading machines. It is only in main hub stations that tickets and cards can be purchased from the public counter.   Tram, metro and bus are integrated with transfers allowed. Each ticket or journey on a multiple journey card is valid one hour, irrespective of transfers.   Brussels residents use a personalised MOBIB card. Visitors use an anonymous MOBIB card, which can be loaded with 1,  5 or 10 journeys. It can be used by several persons, provided it is validated for each person and for each trip.   On board a tram or bus, you can only purchase single journey tickets, but this is a more expensive option. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS MIDI TRAIN STATION Taxi from Bruxelles Midi (Brussels Zuid) train station: +/- 12€. You can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively direction Winston Churchill or Stalle or Van Halen , and hop off at station Horta. Then walk uphill along the Chaussée de Waterloo and avenue Ducpétiaux is the 4th street on your right. The house is situated on the left side. ARRIVING FROM BRUSSELS AIRPORT (ZAVENTEM) Taxi from Brussels National airport: +/- 50€. From the airport, it is faster and often cheaper to take the train to Brussels-Midi. From Bruxelles-Midi, you can take a taxi for +/- 12€. Alternatively, you can also take the underground tram 3 or 4 or 51 respectively. See above for details. TO GO TO BRUSSELS CENTER Via MIDI station You can either take tram 3 or 4 at HORTA direction Esplanade or Gare du Nord, and step off at BEURS/Bourse (eg to go to Grand Place). Via SABLON / ZAVEL Take tram 92 at MA CAMPAGNE direction SCHARBEEK and step off at SABLON or PALAIS; from there you can walk down to Grand Place in 10 minutes Walking You can walk to town in about 25 minutes, via Avenue Louise and Sablon. La chambre est équipée de deux lits jumeaux, permettant soit de recevoir un couple, deux personnes, une personne ... au choix. Je wordt opgevangen in een gerenoveerd herenhuis dat dateert van 1891. Je slaapt in een ruime kamer met balkon, op de eerste verdieping. De badkamer bevindt zich op de tussenverdieping: er is een bad, een douche , toilet, 2 lavabo's , strijkgelegenheid...Op aanvraag kan je uitgebreid ontbijten met de lekkerste producten...Voor slechts 10 euro extra per persoon ! In deze artistieke buurt vind je heel wat gezellige restaurantjes en cafeetjes met zowel wereldkeuken als lokale proeverijen ! Welkom !

U verblijft in een rustige kamer in een huis met tuin midden in de prachtige Druivenstreek aan het Zoniënwoud. Centraal tss Leuven, Brussel, Waver. De E40 Brussel-Namen, het treinstation van La Hulpe en een bushalte op enkele minuten afstand. Wandelingen, fietsroutes.. Of bezoek het druivenmuseum en beleef onze jaarlijkse druivenfeesten mee. Het bekende tramstationneke uit het stripverhaal van "Nero", Het domein Folon, de Leeuw van Waterloo, Walibi,.. U bent er op een kwartiertje met de wagen.

Petite chambre avec boxspring à côté de la ville

Chambre avec lit "Box" pour 1 ou 2 personnes située au calme et à côté de la ville. Pas loin des transports publiques (15 min à pieds) qui vont vers le centre-ville. A 650 m d'une longue rue commerçante "de wand" et de divers supermarchés. A 1,9 km de l'atomium et Bruxelles "Expo", à 900 m de la tour japonaise, à 1,2 km des serres royales de Laeken et à 5 min. en tram du "Shopping Dockx". Pas loin de l'aéroport. En même temps près de la nature pour les promenades. Bref, le bon équilibre.

At our farm : There are 2 locations on the property. The "Old Barn" are good to receive max.14 guests and The Little House can host up to 6 persons. There is a seperate kitchen , living room, bedroom en duplex. The "Oude Barn" has 4 themed rooms and a lobby and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for a stay with several families, friends or colleagues. Each room has its own bathroom. The "Little house" is also fully furnished and can be rented together with the shed or separately.

Bed & Breakfast Mirabella

Our B&B is part of an old, charming farm, built around 1900. We have been receiving guests since 2008. For our 10th anniversary we thought it would be great to join airbnb, so here we go! There's a lot to discover in our neighbourhood: we're centraly located between Ghent and Brussels and there are some beautiful walking and cycling paths in the nature reserves nearby. Everybody's welcome!
