The Proctor-Green House is a distinctive late-Victorian home, built in 1892 and beautifully restored in 2013. The three-bedroom, 2.5 bath house retains its historical charm and contains all of the modern conveniences that will ensure that your visit will be comfortable. All bathrooms and the kitchen are equipped with modern facilities and appliances. There are three private rooms, each with one queen-sized bed. Two dining areas, a parlor, and beautiful grounds with mature oak trees.

Cabin on the Guadalupe River

Come stay for a relaxing getaway! This cabin is only 100 feet away from the Guadalupe River, with a beautiful deck to watch the river and many birds among other wildlife. The cabin is hotel room sized, with one bathroom and a small kitchen in the corner. The cabin is elevated on stilts, so there are stairs at the entrance and off the back deck. Good access to river, with a small deck where you can launch a kayak or canoe. Bring your water shoes and fishing poles too!

Cabin by the Pond (CBP)

Quaint, rustic cabin situated on a scenic pond, surrounded by oak trees, describes our farm getaway. Serenity and relaxation are key here. Whether you’re observing our working cattle pens, catching fish or enjoying your morning cup of coffee on the covered deck, you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Whether you choose to relax indoors or outdoors, you'll find the seating to be quite comfortable...you may not even want to get. The house is away from the road and just outside of town. It allows for a peaceful environment to relax during your stay. Please note that the house has been recently remodeled, I am still working on exterior painting and landscaping.

A modern RV in the middle of nowhere. A 27 ft. RV sits on 1 acre right on the San Antonio River. Enjoy fishing and just relaxing in a quite outdoor setting.
