We are located within the larger Ladywood Farm - a serene, secure neighborhood perfect for families, small groups, or solo travelers seeking a quiet city break. Private tea trails & top restaurants are all within walking distance & as our guest, you get free access to Twin Rivers Park - waterfall/river walks & picnics with many other activities such as ziplining, sky cycling available at an extra cost.

This newly renovated cottage features 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, office, living room, kitchen and a large, fully furnished, patio. The cottage is extremely cozy and tastefully decorated with lots of art. It is surrounded by mature trees & lots of foliage, and is the perfect place to get away from the bustling city and relax in nature. You might even see a warthog or two as you wind down from a long day on the veranda! Rate is for self-catering. Full English breakfast available at $20/pp per day.

Our cozy cottage is nestled in the Limuru Highlands, amongst the lush tea plantations and is a charming and peaceful retreat location for discerning guests. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking to recharge and is also very private. Guests can hike amongst the tea, ride their bicycles and wander with their dogs at leisure. Horse riding is also available if you book in advance. We are located 1 hr from the international airport, 40 mins from Karen, 35 minutes from the UN.
