Welcome to our 1-bedroom, skylit, guest house with off-road parking & private patio. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Legoland, Windsor Racecourse, and Windsor Castle, our home is the perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The bedroom can be set up with either a kingsize bed or 2 singles on request, while the sofa bed can comfortably fit 2 people. Our family run Airbnb is a great fit for families with kids, a couple or a small group of friends. Any questions, please just ask!

Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

Lakehouse in Pirbright,Surrey

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Cosy Cabin Virginia Water/Longcross

A separate, detached self contained cabin with private access, situated next to our home . Our cosy cabin has a cosy living area with sofa, a fully equipped kitchen area, separate bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with a 4ft double bed, wardrobe and drawers. Heating/air conditioning. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided. Driveway parking space available on request (driveway may not be suitable for large vehicles, however there is plenty of free on street parking)

The Hampton Court Hideaway

The Hampton Court Hideaway is a new peaceful and relaxing eco guesthouse (detached double garage conversion). Beautifully designed to a very high standard, powered by renewable energy and includes space for up to 4 guests. The property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk in shower, 2 double beds, one sofa bed and a single fold out bed. We also have an EV home charger available on request. It’s designed for 2 adults but we do allow up to 4.

Located in beautiful countryside with miles of footpaths from the garden gate - within 2 minutes walk of The White Horse, the best gastro-pub in the region. Set in our beautiful landscaped garden, the Barn is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - perfect for exploring the Surrey Hills and West Sussex.

Modern One Bedroom Private Ground Floor Annexe

Our modern Annexe is located next door to our main home. It has its own private access and parking to the front. Ideally located for easy access to the M3 & M4 motorway network and close to Rivervale Barn, Warbrook House & The Elvetham wedding venues. There are three very good Pubs within walking distance, all do superb food. All local amenities are close by. Wellington Country Park and California Country Park are also within close driving distance.
