The whole apartments plus the private aisle are at your availability . The residence is completely independent from the rest of the building like a little "island" in the building . Pietro and I are available at your need by phone. Our store, located a few steps from the apt buildings, is run by 4 guys , Stefano and his team , that can help you out. The building is on a main street in Central Florence, in a charming neighborhood full of high-fashion shops, handcrafted ateliers, antique bookshops, and traditional restaurants in hidden alleyways. Walk to the Arno River, Duomo, and Uffizi Gallery. The SMN train station is located 8 minutes walking distance and two steps away from the main bus stops and taxi stop in Piazza Ognissanti 5 min walking distance

Splendid apartment just finished renovating (March 2023) In an extraordinary position, 200 meters from the station, 10 min walk from the cathedral and all the main monuments. On the fourth floor with lift it consists of an entrance with living room and kitchen, two double bedrooms with king size beds, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is an office and another bedroom with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and small terrace on the roofs. Wifi, AC and heating make it perfect.
