A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three-bedroom house just a ten-minute walk from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Tennis Centre and the QMC. The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception and dining area as well as a new fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven). On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms all equipped with king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

With amazing views for miles it has its own kitchenette, double bed, ensuite bathroom & enclosed garden/patio. Love the fabulous log burning stove and basket of logs. Toast marshmallows around a fire pit. Explore bridle paths on the farm which link to neighbouring villages or visit the historic Minster town of Southwell. We are dog friendly (small cleaning charge). All linen is provided too. Adult only.

Arriving at Three Gables, Kirklington near Southwell you will feel relaxed, hearing the stream run down the side, it provides relaxing & unique self catering accommodation. Park the car in the allocated space & head up to the 1st floor of the conversion where it opens out in to a lovely light space, set out as a studio apartment. There is a kitchenette with a hob, microwave & fridge; a dining table seats 2 guests and a double bed with a TV. A generously sized shower room is separate.
