A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three-bedroom house just a ten-minute walk from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Tennis Centre and the QMC. The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception and dining area as well as a new fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and integrated appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven). On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms all equipped with king-size bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space.

It's a 5-minute walk to both Nottingham University & the Queens Medical Centre and is also just a short walk away from bus and tram stops for Nottingham City (15 mins away). Close by also for family fun at Highfields Park, a cinema, restaurants and the LTA-run Nottingham Tennis Centre. Free parking permit on street for 1 vehicle. Great for a weekend away or longer!

Small romantic hideaway in gated private location , close to Nottingham city centre but secluded hideaway if you so wish. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants the resident deer and pheasants may even put in an appearance perfect for nature lovers to kick back , relax - hot tub , Netflix, Sonos speakers, Philips Hue lighting and a log burner all make for a relaxing escape.
