Apartamento muy bien ubicado y luminoso, totalmente equipado, baño completo, con dos duchas, superficie 40 metros ,7 de altillo y un pequeño balcón. Barrio tradicional con mercado típico de alimentación . A 10 minutos andando de la playa. Supermercados, tiendas de alquiler de bicis, Restaurantes ....en sus alrededores. Dream apartment

Apartment well located, in a very good location. Close to the Joaquín Sorolla subway station and next to the Ave station and 10 minutes from the North station. Located next to the longest street that runs through Valencia. My house is very close to the historic center and the old case. Also available line 27 that leads to the historic center. Apartment with electricity, all day. Private parking front apartment, very large closed. Additional price per night of 10 euros.

Apartment in Ruzafa, the heart of Valencia.

1st floor 55 square metre apartment in Ruzafa, the heart of Valencia. Recently refurbished and with all the facilities. Surrounded by supermarkets, shops and trendy bars. It has double glazed windows, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a sofa that might be used for sleeping too ( not taller 1,75- 5,9). Even if the building is in perfect clean condition, throughout the coming months the entrance hall is to be improved and the staircase will be painted.
