Dragonfly Barn - Kerikeri

Dragonfly Barn holiday accommodation in Kerikeri set in 10 acres. NO TRADES PEOPLE - The main barn 2 x Bedrooms sleeps up to 4 guests . A SMALLER UNIT for 2 more guests & bathroom is EXTRA COST $75 per guest per night. Book 6 for whole place. Decorated to a very high standard, fully furnished, polished concrete floors, fully fitted kitchen, wood burner, Bathroom showers, heated towel rails, toilets, basins. All fully insulated, double glazed, wrap around veranda, outside seating, parking area.

The Smokehouse

As night falls, slip into the super king bed and drift off, dreaming of your next adventure. Enjoy a scenic walk around the beach into Paihia, just a 20-minute stroll, or take a quick 4-minute ride to the heart of town. It’s the perfect blend of calm, convenience, and beauty for your getaway!

Linric Fold - 2 Br cottage

Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Our home till we built our new house (see photos).

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Air conditioning. Situated 10 minutes from Kerikeri township and 5 minutes to shopping centre in Waipapa. Central to Bay of Islands, Paihia, stunning beaches, Puketi forest, Stone Store, vineyards, and restaurants. A quiet secluded setting, the ultimate place to relax and unwind. Free Wifi.

The Gables - Stunning Waterfront Apartment

The Gables Waterfront Apartment is housed in a lovingly restored historic building on the Russell foreshore with 'Reach out and touch the water' views of the bay. The apartment has its own private courtyard entrance. The living, dining and kitchen areas open through french doors onto the balcony terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee or an aperitif before dinner. Swim right outside on the waterfront beach or take your pick of any of the peninsula's other stunning beaches.

Situated 5 min from Paihia...Dogs are welcome here but please notify.....No hidden Cleaning fees... Free Netflix ....high speed internet..Spectacular views from large deck of the famous and historical Waitangi River and Reserve. Abundant native bush and bird life. Only 5 minutes by car to Beach, Cafes, Supermarket and Golf course. Fantastic walking tracks from Haruru Falls....we also have another place Dargaville " Pouto Peninsula Farm cottage".peaceful place on the farm.

Within 20 minutes: Kerikeri, markets, chocolate factory, airport, Paihia beaches, Waitangi Treaty grounds, Glow worm stalgmite caves, Kaikohe, thermal hot springs, Okaihau, Puketi kauri forest, oldest NZ houses, 8 mins drive to cycle/walk trail.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, soak up all day sun on the East or west facing decks, unobstructed ocean views both sides of the house, the sunrises and sunsets are incredible! Three good sized bedrooms each with Queen size beds and luxury linen, cupboards and beside tables. Marina, boat ramp and lovely bays and beaches all within a short drive or walk of the property. Private and cosy with these amazing views you will not want to leave!
