December: SUPER reduced rates, no pet fee, and no minimum stay! Tucked into the trees, this simple little house is even more private than our other listing, but just a few hundred feet away. Same great views and access to local mountain bike trails, hiking, fishing, etc. The horse and donkey love to eat out of your hand and you can arrange to meet the pig, other critters. This house is on land that is in the beginning stages of long-term permaculture projects. Come see what we are working on.

Maggie's Place

Maggie's Place is the guesthouse next to our residence, named after our friend who frequently opened her home to others. Included is a full kitchen/living area with a queen size sofa bed, work area, and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a tiled shower and washer/dryer. There is a screened in porch-perfect for a morning cup of coffee. We are 2.5 miles from the interstate and only minutes from downtown Russellville. Due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Located in London, Arkansas, on Highway 64, adjacent to I-40, the Hale Homestead Barn sits on a family-owned and operated 9.25-acre farm in the Arkansas River Valley. Located 1.25 miles off I-40 Exit 78, the Barn is ten minutes from downtown Russellville and one mile from Arkansas Nuclear One and Lake Dardanelle access. The Guest Barn is a newly renovated two-story barn that can accommodate up to five guests (one king-size bed and three twin beds) and features a large gravel parking lot.
