Our 2nd floor apartment is a detached 600sq.ft living space over a 2 car garage. We built this apartment by ourselves in 2012. This space is not lived in by us. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.

There is a washer and dryer in the unit and queen sized bed. The owner lives on the property in case there are any issues. This is a self contained private unit.
