If you want to lose yourself in the beautiful countryside of North Wales, then our cottage is for you. We have created a haven of tranquility to return to after a busy day sightseeing or to hide away in and relax if that’s what you’re looking for. All the seasons are beautiful here, spring and summer and autumn with their vibrant colours, a time for exploration, and in winter you can enjoy the pure air and wrap up warm for exploring, or just simply cosy up inside our lovely, comfortable cottage.

Coed Issa is a traditional cottage dating form the early 1800’s. Following a complete renovation it is now available as a comfortable and cosy eco-friendly holiday let. There are two lovely bedrooms each with a king sized bed, it can sleep four people comfortably. Bedding and towels are provided. The original house also houses a snug with log burner and desk, utility room and downstairs shower room. The new extension has a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with exceptional views.

Situated just outside of the picturesque North Wales village of Llanarmon-yn-Ial, in an ANOB Glandwr Alyn is an ideal location for outdoor pursuits or a country getaway. For cyclists there are great road routes or if you are more of a mountain biker we are 15mins drive from Oneplanet Adventure. Offa’s Dyke path is a short walk from the cottage, alternatively the village's community pub & shop is a 15min walk. Birdwatchers love watching for Kingfishers on our deck which overlooks the river Alyn.

Situated in the grounds of “Caerau Gardens”, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. It's ideally situated between Chester Zoo (10-15 mins walk) and Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village (less than 5 mins drive) and also about 10-15 minute drive to Chester. It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

Outdoor pursuits and many other activities are available in the Snowdonia National Park and along the beautiful North Wales Coast.

By car Wrexham is just 5 minutes away, Chester 25 minutes and if you fancy a day in Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.
