Yes, it’s a studio flat but the sofa bed is large, comfortable and very easy to make up, so you have the best of both, a large lounge/spacious bedroom, kitchen-diner and shower room. Opposite Stamford College, Leisure Pool & Gym, you are ideally placed for Burghley House, Tolethorpe Hall (10 min drive). Sainsburys, Halfords, McDonalds etc (5 min walk) Stamford Town centre (15 min walk).

Ideal for work stays or relaxing breaks. Storage for bikes on request. Just 1 min walk to the bus stop and 2 mins to the village pub, plus direct cycle path access to Rutland Water.

Clock Cottage is a self contained open plan suite located on the ground floor with garden views located within a characterful rural village within a 5 minute drive from Rutland water. The suite is open plan and includes a king sized bed, comfy living area and kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, freestanding open plan bathtub and separate bathroom and outside dining area.
