Guests have use of an entire suite / a light, spacious bedroom in our annexe, just 10 m from a 16th century Elizabethan cottage in the very heart of Stamford. (High St. is barely 1 min walk away but the street is quiet, as it is an access only road) The annexe has a private entrance with 2 secure locks. Parking - free on site. Private en-suite bathroom & shower. Wifi, TV, microwave, kettle & light breakfast are provided (cereals/fruit) & guests are welcome to use our cottage kitchen & laundry.

The property is a studio apartment in the lower part of a newly refurbished Georgian terraced house. The ancient Friary Garden is opposite, and may be used by guests. The meadows areas are closeby as are shops, restaurants and the beautiful stone town of Stamford

This beautifully crafted log cabin with its own hot tub is perfect for all seasons, 17x12 feet. It is fully insulated and heated. Cosy duvet, crisp linen, towels, table and throws are all provided. Within the cabin there is a fridge, toaster and kettle, and next to the cabin there is a covered kitchen area with a gas BBQ, stove, pizza stone and sink with drinking water. There is Wi-Fi, books and games. You have a private eco loo next to the cabin and a private luxury bathroom about 25m away.

Continental breakfast included. There are two single beds in the cabin . There is space to pitch a 2 person tent next to the cabin at £20.00 per night. There is a fabulous pub in the village. Booking is essential. Sorry, we are unsuitable for children. Just 2 miles from the A1.

A short drive is Rutland Water and is the largest man made lake in Europe 26 miles circumference and hosts many outdoor pursuits such as walking, cycling and bird watching.

Please note this is a lived in home, personal possessions will be within the property. Should full house rental be agreed, I will vacate for your stay. Small cat lives at the property. If required he can also vacate for your stay.
