On arrival you will find a large property which has been converted into two separate types of accommodation. These have been renovated to a high standard. The left property the owner resides and the right is the air b and b. The driveway laid to gravel with ample parking. Walking into the property you enter into a utility room where you will find a basin and washing machine. The door to the right will lead you into the open plan living area which flows into the kitchen/ diner.

Olive Cottage is an elegant two-bedroom retreat set within the serene village of Easton on the Hill. This beautifully restored stone cottage blends heritage charm with thoughtful modern design creating a calm and luxurious backdrop for a countryside escape. With a peaceful garden, far reaching views, a wood fired hot tub and interiors styled in soft earthy tones, Olive Cottage offers a refined and tranquil stay. Two well behaved dogs are also welcomed.

In The Stix (Dome 4 Exton)

Exton is the first dome you come to on our site. Unlike the other domes, the kitchen for this dome is east facing, so great for the morning people amongst you. Enjoy your morning cuppa whilst soaking up the morning rays in our outdoor armchairs. Each of our domes has a well furnished lounge area, with chesterfield leather sofas, cosy armchairs and log burners. The bathroom is en-suite and fitted with a large shower, sink and a flushing WC.

Fairchild’s Barn is a stunning semi-detached barn conversion situated in open countryside in Rutland. Set over 2 floors, the house enjoys lovely views, with bi-fold doors opening onto the properties’ own private decking, complete with a hot tub for 4/5 people, seating and small enclosed patio area to enjoy al fresco dining.
