Available from Friday the 5th September - Friday 12th September. Burley Horse Trials are from 4th Sept to 7th Sept. This beautiful A frame log cabin, situated on and overlooking Rutland Water this cabin is within the grounds of the newly renovated Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa, swimming pool, spa, gym, tennis, snooker, c-golf are free of charge for 4 guests. Squash, hair dressing, massage, and restaurant are charged a relevant fee. There are good restaurants on site and in the surrounding area.

A beautiful Grade II Listed Farmhouse in the middle of Hambleton, Rutland. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, in the middle of Rutland Water, perfectly located to be able to step out of the front door for a stroll, bike ride, fishing, or a spot of bird watching. We have a modern ensuite double bedroom with traditional and period features and luxury bedding and towels. Walk to Rutland Water from two bed studio flat.

Wonderful studio flat overlooking Rutland Water, in the village of Edith Weston. Walk through the paddock onto the bridleway around Rutland Water or to the local pub and farm shop. 5 miles from Georgian Stamford and Burghley House, or to Oakham and Uppingham. This is a lovely base from which to explore beautiful Rutland. I live in the main house, and will be pleased to meet you and help you enjoy your stay. This studio flat is self contained, sharing the back door to the main house.

Rutland Passivhaus Stay

A super insulated house designed to the Passivhaus Standard. Located in Whitwell Village on the north shore of Rutland Water. Space offered is a self-contained double bedroom with a separate shower room and entrance. Parking is provided. Tea, coffee and breakfast items are provided including fresh fruit. Please note that the room does not have direct views to Rutland Water but the water is just a short 14 minute walk away or easily enjoyed from the garden of the main house.

Oak Tree Annexe

Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

Beautiful cottage in Central Stamford with parking

23 Austin Street is a stunning 2 bedroom spacious cottage located in the heart of the village of Stamford. Voted the best place to live in the Sunday Times 2024 the house was featured in the Sunday times article. The cottage has been recently refurbished with designed decor, parking onsite and a luxury welcome hamper. Austin street is very quiet, perfect for relaxing and situated only a 2 min walk from the town centre and the beautiful green meadows.
