Beautiful 2 bedroom house (terrace) new construction in a quiet location. The house has its own parking in front of the house for three cars. The house has a beautiful private terrace of 10m2 and a private garden of 40m2. On the terrace there is a modern rattan garden seating. Very good access to the center of Bratislava 20 min by car and quick connection to the highway in about 5 min. To Vienna it is 1 hour by car. In the vicinity you will find groceries, restaurants, cafes, shops, a pharmacy.

Feel free to park your car right next to the house and enjoy the view to Devin castle from the terrace. Your kids are very welcomed, they can watch TV while you are chilling upstairs.
