This beautifully presented chalet is within an old vineyard in a woodland area on the outskirts of Ryde ,with stunning views around the property. Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Gull House is situated 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach at Seagrove Bay & 15 minutes walk to the sailing village of Seaview. The secluded Priory Bay beach and woodland is just also nearby. Gull House is newly renovated to a high standard & is laid out over three floors. Four double bedrooms and bathrooms as well as two TV rooms make this house perfect for two families sharing. Guest pad over 2 floors with separate entrance off of main hallway. Ground floor is lovely room with underfloor heating,fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining table and chairs, piano and wall mounted tv. Upstairs is a beautiful king size bedroom that can be split to single beds if required and separate bathroom with walk-in shower. We are a short walk(10-15mins)from passenger ferry, hovercraft and beach and town centre which has plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants.

Rosie & I let this stone built converted cart shed which is approx 200 years old. Paddock Cottage stands at the edge of our garden with open land behind. The accommodation is open plan 'studio style', with shower room. It is quiet and secluded and has a cosy wood burning stove. Easy parking off road. Well behaved dogs welcome, easy access to walkies.
