The house is situated in the lovely & quiet residential area of Elmfield in Ryde, only 2 km from City Centre & 1.5 km from the white sandy beach at Appley. We think you'll love staying here as much as we do especially if you're looking for a place with a home feeling rather than a holiday let. Location is also central for exploring the island, providing a great base for your holiday.

Although secluded, it is just a short distance to Ryde town centre & beaches . The property boasts a living/dining room with a smart tv and dining table and chairs , one being a double sofa bed.. Walk in shower in bathroom.. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher… The bedroom can be made up as 2 singles or kingsize upon request.

The Beech Hut - secluded corner in Ryde

Beautifully appointed Beech Hut, ideal for a secluded staycation. Named after the beech hedge alongside it, through which the sea can be seen! Comfortable lounge, kitchen bar area. Double bedroom plus en-suite with toilet and large shower. Private outside decking area with garden furniture. Parking bay at the front of the main house. Beautiful, sandy, Ryde beach is within walking distance plus all the amenities Ryde provides. Close to the Hover, Catamaran and the Portsmouth/ Fishbourne Ferry.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Snug accommodation next to a working Steam Railway

Uniquely situated adjacent to Havenstreet Steam Railway, Station Snug offers a warm, pet free welcome to those visiting the beautiful Isle of Wight. You really couldn't be staying closer to the steam action & will love all the chuffs, toots and engine sounds that fill the air. Perfect for walkers, birdwatchers, cyclists and horse riders too! Guests will enjoy exclusive use of their own Snug space in a sensitively renovated brick building with en-suite, lounge/kitchenette & pretty courtyard.

Our cottage

We have a Recently refurbished 2x bedroom flat which was part of our home, it has it's own entrance with parking space on private drive . The flat also has a kitchen , bathroom , separate shower and lounge . Our house is situated in a quiet location and a 5min drive to our local town which is Ryde. We are on a bus route to many other destinations around the island. Approximately 15mins drive from Fishbourne car ferry , 30mins from east cowes car ferry and 60mins from Yarmouth car ferry.

Converted barn perfect for families and couples

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Elm tree Havant

Central apartment in Havant great location 4 min walk to train station & major road networks for work or leisure. Self contain annex, ground floor apartment with king size bed & cot available on request. A 2 mins walk to leisure centre which has inside pool & gymnasium, lots of places to visit Historic Dockyard, Gunwharf Quays, Weald & Down Open air museum, Goodwood races, Lots of scenic Views at Langstone Emsworth all in easy reach.
