This was a very comfortable place to stay with plenty of room and a host who was very responsive. It is clean and well-kept with everything you need to cook a meal, do your laundry or just hang out. I will definitely keep it on my list the next time I need a place to stay in or near D.C.

Audrey is the best host you will ever meet! She will provide everything you need! Her place is the best for people who is looking for Chinese food! Anyone should definitely book this place if you want save some money and live in a great neighborhood with Chinese grocery store in walking distance! The only thing which need to be improved is internet. Sometime you will lost internet connection.

The location was quiet and serene, the room was as described and the bed nice and comfortable.

A great stay - I felt like I was visiting my aunt and uncle - the hosts are so accommodating! Each time I saw Catherine, she asked me if I would like anything to eat or drink. Breakfast was delicious and she makes her own cheese, which I was bummed I couldn't try because my stomach doesn't like cheese. The room is fairly large with lots of closet space, and a private bath just a few steps down the hallway. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

Anne was great - she is ready to give you advice about the area or getting around, but she is also fine leaving you alone if you would rather that. She was very helpful while I transitioned to living in D.C. It was also nice to have a private bathroom next to the room, and the closet in the room is sizable, which is great if you are like me and need to hang things up or store a suitcase. Also, the house is very easily walkable to the Metro station and Rockville Town Center. Overall great experience.

Alberto and Laura's home is located right down the street from the happening downtown area, yet it is quiet and well kept. Laura was home to welcome me when I arrived, and we had a lovely conversation about her love for dance and my love for roller derby. My "Air BnB Family" even came out to support me during the roller derby bout that I was in town for! That made me feel so special. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was conveniently right next door. I was only in town for less than 24 hours, but I would recommend that you stay with Laura and Alberto.

Comfy and friendly.

Hosts are very warm and welcoming. Townhouse is walking distance to Rockville town center, but in a very quiet neighborhood. Bed was comfortable, and the room was dark and quiet.

¡Gran lugar! El anfitrión nos recibió con una gran sonrisa y era muy atento. La habitación era agradable y limpio. La cama era muy cómoda. Encontrar el lugar y aparcar el coche son tareas fáciles. Ying is a very accommodating host! The room was immaculate and clean, the furnishings were simple. We were only there for a quick over night and were able to get in and out fast. Our host was very kind and gracious, and the AirBnB apartment itself was beautifully decorated and spacious. We felt a great sense of ease there, and were delighted by how thoughtfully planned out all of the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom amenities were. There was a dining room table that seats 6 and a comfortable sitting area that were nice for sharing meals and visiting, too. We felt entirely safe in this quiet neighborhood that was off well-traveled roads, yet very convenient to main thoroughfares. We are not used to big city life, so this AirBnB apartment was an especially sweet respite for us. We definitely would enjoy staying there again on future trips to visit our son and his family!

Spacious, clean basement apartment. All the amenities you'd find in a hotel and more. Quiet residential neighborhood with deer and rabbits, nice walking trails to a park; yet it's only minutes to Rockville Town Center, the Metro and the highway. The hosts are extremely communicative and thoughtful.

Crystal communicated with us in a timely manner and met with us in person to hand over the key. Her place was very clean upon arrival and was exactly how the pictures looked. She left us a one sheet paper guide/instructions, toiletries, and had a little jar of chocolates! My girlfriend and I loved our stay here.

Chy was easy to communicate with, check in process was good. Location is fantastic. The room itself was ok, my only concerns were with cleanliness of the place.

Chy is a great host. I checked-in pretty late at around 930 pm as I was driving from Roanoke, which is 4-5 hours away. But she did not complain at all. I had a great conversation with her. The house is very clean. The allocated room is very well maintained. The study table is very comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean . I was relocating to Gaithersburg and since I was going to reach late, I couldn't get my apartment lease till the next day. So I decided to use airbnb. I had a refreshing and restful stay after a long drive. A great airbnb experience overall ! Thank you.

Olena was an incredible host, from accommodating my arrival and departure times, to providing an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay, and all of the extra small stuff she did to make my stay feel wonderful. Olena was a very good host. She was most welcoming and helpful. She showed me around and gave me tips how to get to all the places I wanted to get. The room was big and comfortable, with very good wifi connection and a nice separate bathroom. Even though the place was within a walkable distance from the company I was visiting, she offered me a bike, and I could get to work even faster. I can definitely recomend this acommodation for business as well as for private visits.
