My family had an amazing week at Mikes FULLY equipped place. My husband, 9 year old daughter, and 5 year old son and I were so psyched to pull up and see the hammock and large deck with gas grill, and once inside, even more impressed with the amount of supplies he provides. Everything you need, he has, right down to pepto and peroxide! The place was spotless and spacious, and having the sweet Bose speaker was great. My family loves to bike the rail trail, and Mikes place is 2 min bike ride from it, couldn't be more convenient. We would bike to Coast Guard Beach a few miles away to xatch the waves, but Thumper town Beach down the street is amazing for a warm water swim. There is a wooden dock you can swim out to at high tide, and you can walk for miles at low tide. Zero waves, calm warm waters, perfect for kids (and night swimming!) There are more places to eat around the area, and Mike was kind enough to print out packet with all the best local places. The yard is big, and has a perfect flat clearing in the woods where we set up our huge, two room tent, which the kids had a blast playing in. There is also a shed with a wagon and bike lock and more. Did I mention the outdoor shower? I legit took every shower put there, not just post beach. If you are lucky enough to snag a week at Mikes place, you will absolutely not be disappointed. He checked in (via text) and made sure we knew he was just a phone call away A++

Mike's cottage was exactly as described. Cozy but perfect for our family of five, with lots of thoughtful little touches which made us feel extra welcome like aloe Vera gel for our sunburn, and beautiful soaps. The house is really well equipped with everything you'll need for your Cape Cod holiday (and the only holiday house we've ever stayed in that has sharp kitchen knives!). The beach equipment, and trolley to transport it in, were particularly welcome. The children loved using the outdoor shower and we cooked on the brilliant barbecue every night. Our top tips for your holiday at Mike's cottage are: eat at Arnold's at least once (don't let the queue put you off, it moves quickly); visit Thumpertown Beach as much as possible (it's the perfect beach for small children); catch a movie at the Wellfleet drive-in cinema; and spend a day exploring glorious Provincetown (the public library is a real treat). Enjoy it.

Mike's Classic Cape Cottage was a perfect getaway. We stayed at the cottage for 9 days and it had everything we needed. Mike's list of places to go in Wellfleet, Orleans and also Provincetown was really helpful, along with the accompanying maps/directions. I think we hit almost everything! Favourite places on the list for us included Blue Willow Bakery, Mac's Seafood and The Winslow Tavern. Even in the chilly autumn nights the cottage was warm and cozy, especially with the wood stove/fireplace (stocked with wood and ready to go when we arrived). We emailed Mike a few times with specific questions and he got back to us right away. Thanks again Mike, we can't wait to book another visit to the Cape!

Where do I start to express our joy and happiness at finding this hidden gem on the Cape. It is a truly wonderful cottage with everything and more we could ask for. Mike has decorated the cottage with such taste and with such a lot of attention to detail. There are so many really lovely touches which make it feel like a home, not a rental cottage. The beds are so comfy and the linens are top quality, especially the bath and beach towels. The kitchen is just fabulous with everything you need to cook up a great meal. we loved the cute stove and the fabulous stainless steel sink unit. The lounge area was comfy and the sun room gave extra space to spread out. The bathroom is just perfect and filled with gorgeous soaps and everything we could have needed. The fans and roof windows added a great through draft for those hot, sunny days and nights. And then there is the outside with the huge deck and fantastic grill where we spent some great evenings. And of course, the outside shower which was such a treat. We also loved the hammock and the hanging for clothes which Brits really appreciate. The shed was full of goodies to make our beach experience truly enjoyable with great beach chairs and a beach umbrella. We did not experience any bugs during our stay, even though the cottage is located in the woods. So, all in all, we had the most amazing week in this adorable cottage and cannot wait to come back and do it all again. Thanks so much Mike.

Mike is a perfect, really helpful and kind host. My family and I loved him and we don't even met him! He is in every detail. The house is really warm, tidy, has everything you need, it's in a beautiful place, you feel like you are in the middle of the forest. It was all autumnal, we go walking to the beach. During the summer should be an even richer experience , as it has many things for outdoor use as a grill, hammocks, plenty of beach chairs, a beautiful park, a terrace , etcetera. This cabin is a great little place. It is quiet, cozy, and very roomy for two people. Mike is very helpful. He has obviously spent a great deal of time making his place welcoming and comfortable. We are ready to stay here again!

This was the perfect place for a two night winter escape. It was very quiet but close to restaurants/coffee shops/etc, in Eastham. It is super convenient to Nauset and Coast Guard beaches, which are so serene and peaceful in December. Barbara was a wonderful host and checked in once I was settled, but otherwise, I was just able to enjoy some quiet, alone time. I would definitely stay here again!

Barbara and Ross are absolutely welcoming people who did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The fridge was filled upon arrival and the cottage is really equipped with everything you might need. The terrace with a romantic fireplace and great view on the pond is an absolute hideaway but still very well located on Route 6 for exploring the Cape. Beautiful beaches, charming villages and the Lobster Shanty (as they say themselves, serving the best lobster roll on the Cape) are at close distance. We very much enjoyed being Barbara's and Ross' guests and would recommend the cottage to everyone traveling to Cape Cod without any exceptions!

When we arrived, Barbara came over to greet us and gave us tips of where to get groceries. She took interest in our trip and our stay, and made us feel very welcome. Then the rest of the weekend she left us to ourselves. The cottage had so many details that made a huge difference, like dish soap, pots and pans, paper towels, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee. Amazing!!!!! Such a seamless stay!

The location was close to a lake but we did not go there. Rooms had small step ups that needed caution. Had really good electric heat. Smaller inside than we expected.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Barn Cottage. Barbara greeted us not long after our arrival and was a great wealth of knowledge about the area. We only wish our stay had been longer to enjoy the area and the amenities of Barn Cottage (the canoe and fire pit).

This was our second stay at one of Anya and Giovanni's suites, and it certainly won't be our last. It's everything the description says! It's clean, comfortable, charming, private and quiet. We love that it's close to the rail trail to bike to the beach or into Orleans. We were able to bike to both Coast Guard Beach and to Skaket Beach on the bay side with our 8 year old, mostly on the trail with some short stretches of road riding. The beds are comfortable and I slept even better there than I do at home. Giovanni met us on arrival to show us in, and our hosts were only a phone call away had we needed anything. The property is set up so each suite has its own yard separated by trees, so even though we had neighbors during our stay, we rarely even knew when they were there or not.

Meine Familie und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen. Es ist in einer großartigen Lage auf dem Kap. Die Hütte zur Verfügung gestellt viel Bettwäsche, Kissen, Handtücher und Küchenbedarf. Es war sauber, schön, und so wie die Fotos zeigten. Anya war hilfsbereit und kommunikativ per E-Mail. Wir waren begeistert von der ruhigen Atmosphäre und hatten sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

This place is great! They've thought of everything you need from info on surrounding attractions to delicious homemade bread & jam. To boot, it's only a 5 minute walk from the National Seashore. This is truly a wonderful place to stay.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights at Ron & Andreas Cottage. The cottage is very spacious for two persons and very well equipped with all sorts of amenities, ranging from the well stocked kitchen and the patio with our own gas grill to beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. We had a great time staying with Ron and Andrea who were super friendly and helpful. Andrea even researched a recipe for delicious home-made bread which she made specifically for my girlfriend (who has some food allergies). This was in addition to a whole lot of other breakfast foods which were also provided. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a great, cozy place to stay! We stayed a day after a snowstorm, and the fireplace kept us nice and warm. There were nice snacks and breakfast items in the kitchen for us to eat, and it was a nice place to spend a weekend, winter or summer. It's only a short walk to forthill, where you can see the water and hike some short trails.

The best word to describe our time in Ron and Andrea's cottage is generous. They are generous in spirit, food, information and their desire for us to truly enjoy our stay. The cottage was just as pictured. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed.

We brengen een heerlijke nacht in Ron & Andrea's huisje. Het huisje is zeer ruim, comfortabel en ingericht met veel smaak. Het is zeer gunstig gelegen en we konden echt genieten van ons verblijf in Cape Cod. Ron en Andrea zelfs bereid een geweldig ontbijt voor ons: lokale jam, fruit, eieren, granen, werden we niet ontbreekt! We zouden graag weer terug komen voor een langer verblijf.

Wir hatten ein paar tolle Nächte in Ron und Andrea. Der Ort war genau wie in der Werbung, sauber, ruhig, leicht zu finden. Ron und Andrea gaben uns eine kurze Begrüßung und lassen Sie uns unsere Sache tun, aber auch gesagt, wenn wir etwas brauchten sie wissen zu lassen. Sehr zuvorkommend und überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Unsere einzige ganzen Tag war ein totaler Reinfall, aber wir fanden viele in der Wohnung zu tun, und es war der perfekte Ort um sich zu entspannen.

We had a wonderful stay with Francine, Ron and Blue. Their home, set in beautiful gardens, in a great location for exploring cape cod, is a real gem. The room was lovely and the breakfast provided was great. We received a very warm welcome and some good recommendations on things to do and places to visit and eat. We were really grateful for the loan of two bikes that enabled us to cycle to the lovely beaches nearby. We couldn't recommend this Airbnb any higher just a shame we weren't able to stay longer.

I was lucky enough to spend almost a week at Francine's amazing house on the Cape--the setting is beautiful, with a large yard filled with delights for the eye in every direction. Breakfast each day was a treat, with eggs from their chickens and other amazing choices that changed every day. My room was sweet, very comfortable, and the sheets smelled wonderful! We came home several nights to a fire in the fire pit and the yard lit magically; perfect for enjoying a glass of wine on the deck. Plenty of parking was available and their house is a convenient starting point to see and experience many parts of the Cape. Francine and Ron have thought of everything to create a peaceful, enjoyable stay. Blue was the sweetest dog ever--I enjoyed his stately presence. I hope to be able to return one day!

It was great! Francine and Ron greeted us immediately upon our arrival, even though we didn't get in until after 9pm. We were made to feel very welcome as we were shown around. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable with its own air conditioner. The bathroom was as well. The shower was fantastic with lots of hot water and water pressure. Breakfasts each day were lovely with plentiful baked goods, fruit, and hard boiled eggs (from their own chickens!) as well as fresh coffee and tea. The breakfast time was flexible, with everything waiting for us whenever we chose to awaken. The deck and back yard were spacious and bug free with outdoor dining available. The location is right on Rt 6, but you'd never know you were close to any road at all, thanks to the long driveway and forest setting. The hosts were always available but never intrusive, so we felt right at home. We are glad to recommend Mimi Penney's.

The place was much better than what the pictures show! Yes, the pictures reflect the porch and the backyard, and the trees, and the house. But, they do not reflect and peace/quiet of the place, or the hospitality of our hostess/ We had a very idyllic stay, with a comfortable breakfast (fresh hardboiled eggs from the chickens), brownies later in the day (an unexpected treat), and the ability to just hang out on her wonderful porch in the early morning and later in the evening. It was just so peaceful. I would go there just to spend the week hanging out and read my favorite books or write.

Francine was great. Her house and garden are beautiful! Also her location is near some good landmarks like salt pond and the coast guard beach.

House is very large with many beds and bedrooms! There is a fireplace inside which made the place feel nice and cozy with the cool fall weather we experienced. There are a few places where you can pick up firewood along highway 6. Also, a nice set up outside although it was a bit too cold to enjoy it while we were there. Great location within close driving distance to many beaches. Also a mid point between Provincetown and the ferry to go to Martha's Vineyard which are great day trips to do while you are there. Overall, really enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Maybe with more family though as the place is so large(URL HIDDEN)

Heather greeted us at the cottage and made us feel very welcome! The views of the marsh were excellent and we enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch. The cottage was as described (very "Capey") and made a great home base for our Cape Cod adventures.

Heather was a wonderful host. We felt instantly welcomed and right at home. The house was very sweet with everything we needed for our stay. The house was in perfect location for us- as we spent the days exploring the beaches in Wellfleet. We particularly liked the outdoor shower and the view. Some of us even got up at 5am to watch the sunrise over the water which was quite beautiful. We will definitely want to come again next summer.

This was the perfect cape getaway for our family of four! Great central location, very accessible yet still tucked away and private. All the amenities of home while still keeping with the rustic "cape house" feel, complete with outdoor shower and an AMAZING distant view of the ocean. Heather was quick to answer our questions, and came to the rescue with some shopping suggestions within minutes of us realizing we forgot an entire suitcase at home! We will definitely be making a (hopefully longer) return trip!

Nous avions jamais été au Cap avant donc eu aucune idée de l'endroit où aller, mais Heather était très serviable et rapide avec ses réponses, et le guide fourni aidé une tonne. Nous étions entourés de plages qui étaient pas plus de 5-6 miles. Nous avons passé un très bon moment à la cape, et la place de Heather était certainement un facteur contributif! Je vous remercie!!

We had a wonderful time in Eastham. Sarah's B&B was beautiful and we were provided with many amenities including toiletries and breakfast in the morning. We loved playing with Scout, Schooner, and Sailor, the family pets and getting to know Sarah and her daughter, Mia. The location of the house is ideal, just minutes away from several nice beaches. The room itself was well decorated with a comfortable bed and an attached bathroom. Before we got to our room, a bunch of bugs (harmless type) did manage to get in, but once we got rid of them, it was not a continuing problem. Overall, we had a very relaxing trip in Eastham and appreciated the getaway.

Sarahs Haus ist in einem kurzen Abstand von First Encounter Beach, einer meiner Lieblingsplatz am Kap. Dies würde ausreichen, um diese Erfahrung zu 5 Sternen bewerten. Aber ihr Haus ist viel mehr: gut eingerichtet, mit einem schönen Garten und eine gemütliche Veranda (dass wir keine Zeit hatten, um zu genießen, sah aber super-entspannend) es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber nicht in der Mitte von Nirgendwo. Auf jeden Fall ein Ort, den ich sehr empfehlen, Freunde und wer ist für eine positive Erfahrung am Kap der Suche.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Sarahs Platz - wirklich schönes Haus, wunderbare und saubere Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Sarah und die Hunde waren sehr einladend. Tolle Lage, um die Strände zu erkunden.

Ayyna est aussi un très bon accueil qui me contacter pour vous assurer que je vérifie dans sa maison sans aucun problème. Elle nous donne aussi un bon petit déjeuner avec bagels, café, yaourts ... Je recommande vivement sa maison si vous restez dans la région de Cape Cod.

Aryna is a very considerate lady. She gave me a very detailed message about how to get to her place and all other instructions, such as the wifi access and pets. Her replies were very timely and helpful. I like her house very much. It is clean and well organized. It was very comfortable to have a rest there. The location of the house is good. It is about 1 hour drive to get to the Race point and a couple of minutes to the coast guard beach. For breakfast, Aryna provided us muffins, coffee and orange juice. After that, she gave me advice on the tour of Cape Cod. Nice suggestions! My parents and I had a blast there.

It was a great time by Aryna! Everything was clean and confortable! Aryna is a great host, she is a little bit like a good ghost. You will not often see her, but she do everything for your wellbeing! We were able to feel free in the house and did may using everything in the kitchen and on the porch, so that we even used the grill for nice bbq evening. The location is also very good! Nice towns like Provincetown and Chatham, even beautyful spots at Nauset light beach. A must do is the whale watching, which you can do it from Provincetown. And in Orleans you get everything you need for your day. In summary, we can very recommend the staying at Aryna!

This was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn't have had a better one! Aryana has a lovely home centrally located on the Cape. The room was very large, very clean, and nicely decorated. With dual shower heads and dual sinks in a large vanity, the bathroom is something we wish we had at home. Aryana has two great cats that are so friendly. She made fresh ground coffee and offered muffins in the morning. If you are looking for a great place, don't hesitate to book with Aryna!

Perfect place to stay in the Cape! Aryna was amazing about promptly responding and communicating. The space was perfect and exactly what the pictures show. The parking is no issue and even though the house is on the highway it is so quiet and the backyard is great! I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was quite restful and quiet. The only issue was with the heat the first night. I know that AC is not practicable but larger upstairs fans to vent the heat from the whole house would have helped significantly. It took the small fans provided several hours to cool the upstairs.

This is a beautiful place to stay. There are walking trails abutting the property. We really enjoyed the beautiful setting.

The place was beautiful and in a great location to some cool beaches and restaurants. It had everything we needed to stay comfortably. What I loved most was how great of a host Lou was! She was very helpful, friendly, and always responded to us right away when we had any questions. I would love to stay there again.

Such a sweet place to stay. Cozy, clean, surrounded by garden beds. Centrally located. Hosts are incredibly kind. Would definitely return.

Lou est peut-être l'un des plus doux jamais dames. « Mi casa es su casa » est la vraie affaire avec elle. Le Cottage Rose lui-même est charmante, mais aussi les motifs historiques de la maison se trouve sur un espace merveilleux pour se déplacer. Notre 1 an fille aimait le poulailler, le beagle et tout l'amour supplémentaire donnée par Lou. Eastham est un emplacement privilégié avec la proximité de la baie pour les couchers de soleil et les plages extérieures pour le lever du soleil. Ce chalet est littéralement à quelques minutes à la fois! Merci à Lou et AirBnB pour nous aider à trouver ce petit chalet de pierres précieuses pour notre séjour d'hiver sur le Cap.

Wow! What a great place and amazing host. The cottage is perfect for two and has everything you need, including pots pans etc for cooking. There was even a coolbox which was perfect to strap on our bikes for lunch on the beach! Location was great, we didn't have a car, but bus stops are very close and the bike shop and bike path to beaches and other towns are both less than 5 mins away. A fantastic local store is also 5 mins walk and several good places to eat are within 15 mins. We felt that Lou treated us like family from the moment we arrived. She looked after us so well, and the amazing freshly cooked muffins and other treats were such a nice touch. We didn't want to leave! Thank you so much Lou, we really hope to come back!

Lou is very warm and welcoming, and the place is cozy and private.

I had a great stay off-season in Cape Cod with this place. Lou is amazing. Always present when needed. The place is warm and cozy. I recommend it for a short stay.

Our host left us muffins and a note and was very welcoming.

Beautiful cottage in a great location. Easy bike to beach! Lou was the best host, and provided us with some amazing food from the gardens. Lovely week in a lovely place
