Lindsey’s guest house was amazingly perfect. I didn’t want to leave! In fact, I nearly didn’t leave to eat dinner one night because I was having such a great time in the cottage listening to records and reading my book with the candles lit. The photos are on point and the house has everything you need. The bikes were a bonus, too. I used one to ride up and down Venice beach on a warm, sunny afternoon. A huge plus is that the cottage is close to the beautiful Abbott-Kinney Blvd, which is an easy, walk, bike or Uber ride away. You can enjoy popular spots Salt Air, Gjelina and Café Gratitude, which are all nearby. And, the Campover blanket on the bed is everything. I’m buying one asap. I need my home to look exactly like Lindsey’s guest house. It's beyond dreamy. Until then, I will be back as often as possible.

We had a great time and Lindsey was a perfect host. Highly recommendable!

Lindsey and Brett's cottage was perfect for our short stay in LA. The place is beautiful, fully stocked, and the private outdoor space was an amazing bonus. Location is minutes away from everywhere you want to go in Venice, with or without a car. They were super friendly and accommodating and were nice enough to include local suggestions and lend out their bikes and surfboards. Will definitely stay here again next time. This was a great place to stay. The location is awesome and Leslie was a great host. The studio is beautifully designed and the yard is very private and peaceful.

The hosts were very welcoming and yet respected our privacy during our visit. We needed to stay and extra night at late notice and they were very accommodating for this. The guest house was clean, bright and close to Wholefoods, Gjesta Bakery (a must visit) a Laundrymat and Pharmacy. The bed was extremely comfortable, amply towels and a relaxed out door space, and some amazing LP Records with a working record player.

This place was perfect for us. Location was perfect. Love the interior and exterior. And the bed was so comfortable. I'm a plant person and the garden was gorgeous! Great communication and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

This was the best airbnb stay I have ever had. The apartment is absolutely beautifully designed and a total refuge after a long day in the wilds of LA. The location is about as central as you want to be and everything from the fittings to the super comfy bed was exactly what I needed. These guys are a really sweet family and there was a good separation between the studio and the main house but it was a delight to see them when we ran into each other. And don't even get me started about the projector screen! Best way to chill at the end of a long day was to punch up a movie and sit back on the couch with my own personal cinema. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. The only downside to my stay was that I feel like I may never find a better airbnb!!!! Love these guys.

Michael's place is amazing. We put up a family member visiting in LA there and we went to hang out ourselves! It's so comfortable you almost don't want to leave. Plus, the access to Los Feliz, Franklin Village and Griffith Park...there's a lot to do by foot just in the area. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great. Mike made it very easy to check in and was available when we needed anything. The place was very cute and welcoming. Great location with easy access to anything we needed. Car services were immediately accessible to get where we needed and food delivery was a breeze.

Michael and Kayren are lovely hosts and extremely accommodating. They have a beautiful little family and a sweet dog. The apartment is extremely clean and comfortable. The bedding is fantastic. I found the place to be extremely quiet which allowed me to sleep well. Parking is a little tricky, but it really did not pose a problem. It is street parking only, so one must take extra care not to get a parking citation, but such is life in LA. I would highly recommend this bungalow.

I had a great stay at Pamela's place. Everything was very clean and I had everything I needed while I was there. Pamela was really friendly and helpful and the location was great for getting to Venice Beach and the airport.

About the home - Pamela's home is super warm and inviting :) It was nice to walk in and be in a really relaxing and welcoming space after driving for 3 hours from San Diego. The room is very spacious and comfortable. I only slept there for a night and I felt well rested in the morning. The bathroom was clean and she gave us towels to use. The kitchen was also very clean and well equipped. This house, and Pamela, felt so much like home away from home. I feel like I'm repeating myself, but I really can't explain in words how cozy and welcoming this place felt compared to most other AirBNBs. It was super nice. About Pamela - She was super sweet and welcoming! We called her when we got there and found parking across the street, but realized we were in the way of a drive-way, so I moved the car. She called a little while after to make sure we were okay because we hadn't rang the door call-box yet, which was sweet and thoughtful. When we got in past the gates and to the home, she gave us a quick tour and showed us to our room. She was watching TV when we got there, which we couldn't hear from our room so that was great. Plus, she's an early riser so I didn't feel bad waking up and making noise at 6AM. About the location - I couldn't see much since I got there when it was dark and left in a rush to the airport in the morning. The street parking was easy to find. I felt safe in the home since everything was gated. Plus, it was a super quick drive to drop off the rental car and right by the airport. Overall - great place to stay if you need to be right by the airport :)

Andy and his family are just great, we were warmly welcomed and everyone is willing to help or give you any kind of information you might need.

This home is extremely clean, comfortable and tidy. I thoroughlyou enjoyed my stay. Zini is an excellent communicator and made sure all details were taken care of. The stay was even better than the pictures, if that is possible. Great location close to airport and freeway. Anything you could need is close by. I will stay here again without hesitation.

There is really nothing to complain about, had a great time exploring LA from Zinis place, easy to get around with an Uber. The whole family is really kind and the room is just awesome! Can recommend to everyone!

The family was extremely hospitable, welcoming, and helpful! The guest space was super cozy and clean! I would definitely recommend for people needing a place for long layovers - their place is really close to LAX - really convenient!

Imagine three strangers that instantly make you feel like family. That was Zini, her husband, and their little boy. A one night stay was honestly a tease at their place and here's why. The communication and instruction prior to check in was thoughtful and clear and navigating the endless L.A. traffic to their home was a breeze. On arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles by the family, given a quick tour of the place, and shown our room. The room was well appointed with all of the ingredients for a great night's rest: comfortable bed and pillows, guest wifi, TV, large closet for longer stays, and a few snacks. The bathroom really allowed their place to shine. It was modern, spacious, and flawless with soft towels and an arrangement of soaps, lotions, and fragrances. Before we left for the evening, we were able to meet another family member and were offered to try a dish from their native country. It was simple, yet delicious! Upon return, we were able to enjoy a couple hours of conversation with the family before calling it quits for the evening. If you want 5 star service for a fraction of the price, quick and easy access to LAX, and hosts that treat you like family, you won't regret staying in Zini's home.

el lugar de Zini parecía aún mejor en la vida real que se ve en las fotos. La habitación era tan preciosa y el baño estaba muy limpio. Yo tenía un vuelo desde LAX a las 6 am del día siguiente y fue una unidad de 10 minutos al aeropuerto. Por no mencionar, Zini es un amor total y es rápido con sus respuestas. It's nice to have a place to yourself, Sy stocks snacks and some things in the fridge (nice touch), there are 3 locks on the doors so one feels secure, and usually one can find a parking spot within a reasonable walking distance, even at night. I had some quibbles, though: Sy is responsive by text & pleasant enough, but it would be nice to be given information (like wifi info) that's not on the page rather than being told "it's all on the page, but here it is anyway"). Also, it would be nice if guests are forewarned that there's butcher paper over all the windows which is really hard to roll up/down to get light into the place (there were only clips to hold up the paper on a couple windows, some of it ripped). Blinds (or blackout curtains) would be more appropriate. Also, although the place was relatively clean, there were random things lying around that a quick sweep would've taken care of: a dusty small exercise ball on the floor near the couch, crumpled up tissue paper in the chest of drawers, lots of toiletry and other clutter in the bathroom, etc. Finally, they clearly do extermination since a roach seemed to crawl under the door and die right away, but when I found it in the AM it would've been really nice if the host had not just responded by text but come by to scoop it up right away (I had to ask several hours later when I just happened to bump into her in the driveway). To Sy's credit, she gave me one free night if I stayed there again (but their place requires a 5 night minimum, so it's not a huge savings). If one doesn't mind any of the above issues, I think it's a perfectly fine place to stay.

Navštívil jsem LA za dva týdny se svou přítelkyní. Sy je bungalov byl velmi čisté a pohodlné, stejně jako na obrázku (i když v některých ohledech fotky nedělají to spravedlnost). Byl to pěkný bonus najít čerstvé avokádo na naše dveře. Zjistil jsem, Inglewood být perfektní sousedství Basecamp pro objevování LA. (Levné a úžasné tacos!), Jsem si všiml, že některé starší recenzenti zmínil obtížnosti parkování. Nicméně jsem zjistil, parkování na této ulici za jedny z nejjednodušších a nejvíce k dispozici ve srovnání s většinou městských pouličních parkovacích situacích a zejména ve srovnání s jinými oblastmi LA. Měli jsme psa s námi a vzal procházky v noci a cítil v bezpečí. Také hezké pro majitele psů je, že zahrada areál je oplocen. Pokud váš pes je jako naše a může záď podle plánu při procházkách (tak, aby nedošlo k porušení pravidel o psích odpadu v zahradě), je velkým přínosem. Na závěr chci poznamenat, že Sy šla nad rámec jak jsem jednal s rodinnou nouze že * * téměř vykolejil náš výlet. Sy je komunikace byla velmi užitečná. Zůstane tady zase pro jistotu!

Sy era un padrone di casa fantastico, molto disponibile e gentile. La sua casa era molto bella e sembrava proprio come le foto. piccolo posto molto carino. Mi sarebbe sicuramente ancora qui.

Sy's place was a simple budget friendly place to stay during our conference nearby LAX! It had decent street parking (not till too late), which is why the inside parking spot behind the gate was such a great bonus! The neighborhood wasn't the most glamorous especially at night, but we had no issues. The check in was seamless and the house had everything we needed (wifi), plenty towels, plenty beds, chairs, dishes, and even some basic food for us which we didn't end up using. The place is a little old, but it literally is about half the price of other airbnbs, so great for people on a budget or those who don't intend on spending a ton of time. Very spacious for a bungalow that is able to comfortable fit 4-5 people with plenty of space! I would stay here again if I was close to the LAX area and looking for a place for good value! I did not see Sy at all during this stay but she answered my questions no problem via text.

Sy foi um grande anfitrião. A casa foi bem abastecido com comodidades básicas e produtos de higiene pessoal. As camas eram confortáveis ea vibração muito bom. Eu definitivamente ficar aqui novamente!

Sehr geräumige, gut ausgestattete Haus mit eingezäunten Hof. Sy war sehr zuvorkommend und bot alles, was wir brauchten. Sehr sauber. Einfacher Zugang zu den Autobahnen.
