Our first stop, after a short drive from picking you up: fresh & energized for adventure, from a pre-arranged central (town) Tulum location, will be the Archeological Zone of Tulum-Mayan Port City Ruins.
Through the mysterious, well-preserved, ruins of temples surrounded by beautifully landscaped grounds, where we will be watched by the many inquisitive iguana that now call this temple home. During our exploration of the grounds I will share with you some of the known/unknown, story of the Maya, one of the most advanced and sophisticated cultures, our world has ever known,
A short drive away from the temple is Tulum Beach where we will go by boat, piloted by Mayan guides, out to the 2nd largest coral reef on the planet, The Great Mayan Reef, where you will snorkel with brightly coloured fish of all sizes and also with the resident reef Manta Rays and Turtles!.
Following our amazing reef snorkel, we will leave Tulum and visit one of the areas 160 nearby publicly accessible cenotes, I will explain what cenotes are, and how vital they are to the ecology for the peninsula, will jump from the edge of this hidden crystal clear water hole or perhaps just have a relaxing snorkel
