My House is equipped with central heating (temperature set to guest preference) If you fancy it you can use the open fire and/or solid fuel stove. There is ample space to relax and unwind after spending your days exploring the beautiful locations Ireland has to offer.

Bathroom 3: Down stairs – Shared large bathroom with Jacuzzi bath (with additional shower head function if required).

Lough Key Forest Park & Adventure Centre is a must visit. It has 350 odd hectares of woodland, a lake and a number of islands. Lough Key in Boyle Roscommon is one of Ireland's most sizeable and aesthetic forest parks in Ireland. Included in the amenities are, a bog garden, nature walk, observation tower, wishing chair, ice house, and underground tunnels. The development also has a tree canopy trail, Boda Borg Challenge and the adventure play area. The centre for visitors is the portal to the park and forest at Lough Key.
The lake 'Lough Key' is one of the most beautiful lakes in Ireland, is accessible by boat from the Shannon River via the Boyle River and also the jetty at Lough Key harbour. Boats are available for hire at the park. Guided tours are available for groups and school tours. Other facilities include: Lough Key Forest and Activity Park, Lough Key Boat Tours, ZIPLINE, Woodland Segway & Electric Bike Trails!
At night you can experience the nightlife of Carrick On Shannon town – traditional Irish pubs, modern nightclubs, live music – it’s all up to you! Other places of interest is ‘King House’ in Boyle town, Strokestown Park House, Arigna Mining Museum. Also, experiencing the golf course of Carrick, the Dock, the Moon River Cruiser, Aura Leisure Centre.
Carrick On Shannon offers leisurely boat trips, water sports and great fishing, while numerous walks, cycle trails and pony trekking trails allow you to take in the views, or explore the rural heartlands and small villages in this quiet, relaxing part of the country.
