Out in the middle of nowhere, but unique and pretty damn awesome. Delicious beer (mostly sour), homemade pizza that is really worth it, and a tour that is as informative as it is delicious. There are plenty of breweries in town--this is the most interesting.

It's where I work, so I don't find it particularly special, but so much of what happens in this city is directly tied to the place, and the campus is a really nice walk.

Despite what often goes on in there, the building is fantastic and worth an hour or two to walk the grounds. Everyone's welcome and it's free to enter.
