This is a big bar where you can have some drinks, sit and talk and it has even a big concert hall where they have live music and on weekends there are concerts of popular groups. That days it can get really full and of course you have to pay to enter if there is a concert but the other days not! It's just a good option if it is too late to enter some other bars in the bar street.
