We lived in Japan and are happy Kayo's serves up Ramen just almost as good as you can get in Osaka! They spin it a bit with zucchini noodles (optional) that are so good, especially if you are GF.

We don't go here often because it's hard to get into, but if you're patient and want to experience amazingly prepared just good food, go here. And check out their instagram.

If you like sushi and don't mind spending to experience it: Nimblefish. They fly their fish in from wherever in the world is most fresh and prepare it in front of you. It's slow, it's beautiful, it's worth every penny and it's a sushi experience you won't forget.
