I recommend this one because it's pretty much a staple in Manteo. Good for when visiting Manteo and walking around downtown. They make decent sandwiches and soups. And it's on the water.

Unfortunately in its last season…go while you can (2021) and enjoy deliciousness. Sweet potato biscuits come with most meals.
