Big super Market,Pharmacy, hospital, police station, Banks, cinema, taverns, every Sunday and Wednesday local vegetable market, everyday vegetable and fish market, (except on full moon days) foreign currency exchange centres, hairdressers, many local restaurants.

This is one of the highly respected temples in Srilanka by all nationalities. they have festival in July or August time depends on full moon. you will see one of the biggest dagobas in Srilanka. don't forget to wear white and long clothes if you visit this temple. There's special time for ceremony in devala once in the morning and once in the evenings. nice to see and hear the bells during the ceremonies.
