Best Grouper sandwich in town. Been eating here since the original Fenchy s opened in 1981 Has his own fishing boats so many time the fish is right out of the Gulf. Great ambiance and foot and just a 3 block stumble from Cottages of Clearwater.

I eat at Cooters because I love the Jimmy Buffet atmosphere and the food is really good. Also they give you larger portions as many guests dont find them since not on the main drag. But you will, and you will just love Cooters, a real authentic Island Restuarant and Bar

You will walk off Mandalay ave to walk buy Clearwater Paddle Board for bike rentals or beach gear, a few Tiki Bars and restaurants and my recommendation to hang out Pearly s Beach Eats. The Plaza is right across the street from the Landmark Hotel Blue Wave Suites.
