Another one of my go-to places is Pho. It’s a good alternative to Wagamama’s if you like the brothy soups but fancy a change. They serve a variety of Vietnamese food.

Four seasons recently opened and serves hot pots as well as all the usual Chinese options. It’s a great place for good quality Chinese food and is well decorated

Nature
Bradgate park is a vast and wild area with many deer roaming by and a lovely winding river. It has a different feel to most parks with historic sites within it and a beautiful and varying Landscape but still an easy flat walk

Just a 5 minute walk away is a bit of nature near the apartment. This park is reasonably sized and provides a great break from the city sights. There’s a canal running by and a secret garden too!

A great place to see and play with birds. As soon as you arrive you’ll probably see parrots flying freely around the car park. The site has various tropical birds, most of which are in cages but a lot are let out to interact with visitors!
