There is a new snazzy shopping centre just off Crown Lane, not in the spot indicated by the map. If you drive down crown st you can't miss it. Parking is in Market St. Sydneysiders may find it boring, but it's the latest hip and cool place for young people in Wollongong, with trendy cafes, restaurants as well as popular chain shops.
There is a market in the mall from 9 - 3 every Friday. It's a great spot for local food, craft and art. There are farmers and
local producers here. It's fun to chat to the locals.
