Easily my favorite spot in the city. Hang out in the 2nd Floor lobby of the hotel to do some reading or have a spot of tea. Billiards/Game Room in the back for some good beer and game time. Every Wednesday and Saturday evening around 9p from Memorial Day to Labor day there are Fireworks on Navy Pier which you can see from Cindy's Rooftop - very popular, get there early.
