We are excited to have our guests experience the tranquility and peaceful serenity of La Paz. This venue is perfect for decompressing and enjoying the beautiful Hillcountry landscape. Bring your own groceries to stock your private refrigerator. HEB
( groceries) is just down the road about 5 miles. Visit our historic town square ( within 5 miles) for down home cooking, cute boutiques and antique shopping. There are 4 award winning wineries just minutes from the venue. Torr Na Loch winery is 5.6 miles and offers award winning wines and amazing Hillcountry views. Perissos is 9.8 miles, it is larger with fantastic wines and terrific views. There are many others in the surrounding areas. Venture out to Marble Falls ( known for pies) to enjoy an even wider selection of restaurants and vineyard choices as well as shopping. Ginger and Spice offers delicious sushi and Thai cuisine. Bluebonnet Cafe offers home cooking and excellent pies. There are several other choices in the area. Lakes Buchanan and Inks are only about 9 miles away. Boat tours and water sports are available on the lake. The Longhorn Caverns are close by and a wonderful site to behold. Spider Mountain Bike Park is only minutes away. Try the Austin Steam Train, golfing at Delaware Springs golf course or visit the Farmers Market on the Square.

Sightseeing
Longhorn Caverns are an amazing site to behold. The 85 minute tour covers 1.25 miles of underground caverns. For spelunkers, ask about Wild Cave Tours.
Vanishing Texas River Cruise provides spectacular views of Lake Buchanan, Colorado River, and native Texas wildlife and waterfalls.
View the Burnet Gunfight, before the Steam Train departs, for Cedar Park.
Visit Inks Lake state Park for swimming, boating, Paddle boards, etc.. On land, enjoy picnics, volleyball, or the 9 hiking trails.
