Walk, use taxi, rent a bike or a car
Use taxi, which you can catch on Ave. 10. It should cost you 40 pesos to get to most places in town.
It's safe to walk to and from the center using Ave. 5ta. Just be mindeful and don't flash expensive jewelry or your latest iPhone. Also don't walk after 11:00 pm especially if you had a few drinks. Better take a taxi.
